Sales Executive Jobs in Delhi

We are hiring Sales Executive for our client. Candidates must be comfortable presenting products or service over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferable over the phone 

Executive Responsibility 

1) To source the business via Bank channel/open market. Key focus areas acquiring broking clients (primarily on line) 

2) Activating clients for trading post acquisition. 

3) Acquiring and retaining new clients. 

4) Cross sell other products as directed time to time. 

5) Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening. 

6) Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIS and quality of service focus areas being: Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, RO productivity and cross selling of various products. 

7) Guiding customers in opening Demat Account. 

8) Opening of Demat Accounts and to complete his/her targets. 

9) To review and manage your sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. 

Executive Requirements 

1) Good communication skills.

2) Willingness to achieve sales target. 

3) The Ability to work under pressure. 

4) The Ability to work Long hours due to differing time zones. 

5) You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts. 

6) Should have basic computer knowledge of using email, Microsoft office and trading terminal. 

7) Knowledge of KYC for opening saving account. 

8) Competitor's updated information. 

9) Well verse with local language.
