Job Profile:- Customer Service Representatives are responsible for building and building strong banking business relationships with customers on behalf of their company. They are in charge of managing customer expectations and maintaining good relationships with banking customers.
The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries/problems. He/she maintains periodic status reports including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups. BDR also sells third party products like life insurance, general insurance, cards etc. to banks.
Education :- Graduation or Post Graduation both can apply
Pay Scale:- 2.20 lac to 3.50 lac per annum

Ability to analyze and research information
Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
Good sales and negotiation skills
