Job Profile : MACHINIST ASSEMLBER & INJECTION MOLDING ( VERTICAL)

Boys Condidates only

Work location : Sector -85 Noida

Qualification : Diploma Mechanical

Experience : 5 to 7 years

CTC Salary : 30,000/-

Overtime : DOUBLE

Has worked in an assembly line of SPM manufacturing or similar type of industry.
Read drawings & work instructions to perform the task.
Read instruments like V.C, micrometer & dial indicators.
Knowledge of pipe bending m/c & know how of drilling & Milling m/c, jig saw m/c & various tools used for assemblies.
Basic knowledge of pneumatic compontents i.e FRL’s,pneumatic symbols & solenoid valves.
Create and maintain activity logs.
Troubleshoot problems during operation.
Exposure to 5s & Quality systems.
To achieve the target as per production plan.
To give suggestions/kaizens for improvement of productivity.
To maintain quality and quantity of tools used for manufacturing.
To minimize scrap and rework.
Key Performance Indicators (SMART Goals)
Plan vs actual in production plan.
No of kaizens.
