Designation : Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Job Profile : Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via calling.

Min 10th Passed
Fresher & Experience both can apply
Age Limit 18 to 30 year
Excellent verbal & Written communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
Customer orientation
Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
9 hour of the day, 8 hrs work and 1-hour break
Should have a typing speed of 28 WPM with 85% accuracy (2 Min)

Salary for Fresher 18,000 (2 LPA)
Salary for minimum 1 Year experience candidate 20,000 (2.3 LPA) (Release letter mandatory)
